Dave was a founder member of British post punk band The Alarm. After setting off on a solo career Dave spent several years in the USA, where he worked with many well known names in the music business, including a Farm Aid festival where he sang on stage with Willie Nelson.

He went on to produce two albums while in the States - Downtown America and Hard Travelin', both of which have recently been re-issued.

Since moving back to the UK Dave has travelled all around the country performing his songs to enthralled audiences. He has also produced a number of live albums.
